Some things can only be made by hand, and only after loss. This sculptural wall piece began with real lavender — the flowers of Provence, the flowers of the softer moments — pressed stem by stem into hand-rolled clay, leaving their imprint behind like a memory that refuses to fade. Our founder began working in clay after losing her father, when lavender seemed to bloom everywhere she looked. These pieces are her answer to that season: proof that even in the deepest grief, beauty can be reborn. With its soft scalloped silhouette and speckled ivory glaze washed in blue-grey, each piece is entirely one of a kind — a quiet meditation for your wall, and a reminder that what we love leaves its mark.
