Necklace lengths exclude the ceramic shell: beaded necklaces measure 16 inches; the gold chain measures 24 inches; cords measure 20 inches and adjust shorter. Each handmade shell measures approximately 2 inches, with natural variations in size. Longer necklace lengths are available upon request.

Each Carolina Benoit ceramic shell is individually shaped and glazed by hand. Subtle variations in shape, color, glaze movement, and finish are natural characteristics of the artisanal process and make every piece uniquely yours.

Every ceramic shell is individually shaped, dried, kiln-fired, glazed, and fired again in the Carolina Benoit Miami atelier. No two shells are identical.

One necklace. Many possibilities.

Ceramic shells are removable and interchangeable with compatible Carolina Benoit necklaces. The cord necklace requires a specially made two-hole shell.
