Love your purchase? Then keep it! Don't absolutely love it? Return it.

Simply head to our returns page and we will send you a label so you can return it by dropping it at any USPS or UPS store (applies only to US orders within 15 days only) We will charge a restocking fee of $5-$7 dollars depending on shipping charges.

When will your order ship?

We ship as soon as possible, usually on the same day you placed the order, or on the next day, however some of our clay pieces take up to 3 weeks to be produced. Pre order items lead times vary. 

What carrier do you use?

We use USPS, DHL and UPS. Depending on rates.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do. We use DHL express. You will receive a customs number which tracks the package until it leaves the United States.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

If you are inside the U.S, you will receive your package within 5 business days. If you are outside the U.S. expect your package within 20 business days or 3 weeks maximum (USPS) or, 1-2 days if via DHL. However, each country is different and it might take longer in some cases. You can call your local mailing company and track your package with the customs number.
