Refund policy

Our simple returns policy:

  • Merchandise has to be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free of smells, stains or any signs of wear.
  • Final sales are not returnable.
  • Hair accessories, earrings, swimwear, bodysuits and other intimate items can't be returned if they are not in the package they were sent in.


US Returns:

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a handling and processing fee $5, depending on your shipping rates this might be higher and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Email us to benoitlalinde@gmail.com
  2. Send us your invoice #, a reason for your return request and if you prefer an exchange or refund.
  3. In the email please specify if you would like a return for store credit or for a refund.
  4. Print the label, stick it on the package and drop the item at a USPS store.


International Returns:

  1. Email us to: benoitlalinde@gmail.com with the order number, reason for your return and if you prefer a return for store credit or refund.
  2. Ship back the item to:

  3. Return your item withing 10 days of receipt.
  4. Unfortunately we cannot refund taxes, duties or shipping costs.

 

Refunds & processing:

All refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Store credit:

  • Store credit & giftcards can only be used at www.carolinabenoit.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person, treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • You can purchase a gift-card with your store credit store.
  • Never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in US dollars.
