It's Been Awhile... January Newsletter
A huge thank you for continuing to be here, even though my last newsletter was back in October.
I’ve been moving through some difficult personal moments and honestly didn’t quite have the spirit to write until now. But through it all, my business has been a constant reminder not to give up, alongside motherhood and more recently, running.
I’m deeply grateful to every single one of you who supports my work. Those who shop, share my designs, send kind messages, or even just take a moment to read this. Every small grain of sand has carried me through hardship, motherhood, and everything in between.
Since October, after receiving some very hard personal news, I decided to start running and began training for my very first half marathon. I’ll be running the Miami Half this Sunday, wish me luck. Running opened up an entirely new world for me. The strength I’ve built over these months, both physical and emotional, has truly changed me, and it naturally began to influence my designs.
Living and training in Miami heat means wearing very little while working out, not just for style, but out of necessity. I quickly realized I wasn’t prepared for what came after the run. A sports bra and shorts are perfect for miles, but not so much for picking up my daughters, grabbing lunch with my in laws, or running errands. I wanted something simple I could keep in the car, something to throw on over my workout clothes and continue my day feeling comfortable and myself.
That’s how a new concept was born. It’s not a full collection yet, but a thoughtful addition. Pieces designed to cover, move, and transition with you. This concept will be ready to ship in Spring, and I’m so excited to share more soon.
